Booking policy and regulations
1. Reservations
♦ All information about booking, confirmation, modification and cancellation will be
request sent directly by phone, zalo or email.

♦ You will have to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the value
room payment by bank transfer, cash… in 03 hours to guarantee
reservation is confirmed. Need more information please

2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
Late check-out and early check-in are subject to hotel availability.
♦ For late check-out, please contact the front desk and pay the corresponding additional fees: + From 12:01 to 15:00, 30% of the room rate. + From 15:01 to 17:00, 50% room rate. + After 17:01, 100% of the room rate.
♦ Early check-in guests must notify 01 day in advance and subject to room availability, corresponding fees:
+ From 9:00 to 13:00, 50% of the room rate.
+ Before 9:00, 100% of the room rate.
Note: You can leave your luggage and personal items at the reception of Hotel Tri Le while waiting for check-in and after check-out time.
3. Policy of cancellation, change of room class, change of date of stay
Change room, change date of stay, cancel room, please inform the hotel in advance 3 days before arrival date.
The deposit will be forfeited if you change rooms, change dates of stay, cancel rooms after 03 days before arrival.
4. Child Policy – Extra bed
– Children under 12 years old: Free (sharing bed with adults).
– Children over 12 years old: 100,000/pax/night (sharing bed with adults)
– Extra bed 0.9m x 2m: 100,000 VND/night.
5. Payment method
♦ Hotel Tri Le accepts payment by bank transfer:

♦ Accept online payment of international cards (Visa, Master, JCB…),
domestic payment card and bank transfer via Vnpay payment gateway.
6. Refund Policy
– The hotel will refund by cash or bank transfer. Refund costs will be paid by Tri Le Cao Lanh Hotel Co., Ltd.
Refund time: 3-5 working days.

8. General provisions
Fees or damages incurred during your stay will be charged to the room bill immediately upon check-out.
The rooms are all non-smoking.
You will compensate the hotel for the acts of breaking or damage during your stay at the hotel.
Animals are not allowed in the hotel
